LIVELIHOOD

A. SKILLS TRAINING –TESTA/ SELF INITIATED
Sustain and enhance skills training program for the working class, socio economic force of the community specially the youth sector, women, unemployed head of families, non governmental, community based, sectoral organizations.

Trainings focus on below stated areas:

1. Food processing
2. Cooking and baking
3. Computer technician
4. Cell phone repair
5. Practical electricity
6. Automotive mechanic
7. Driving
8. etc.

B. Organizations of skills - training participants into dynamic, social economic institutions.
After the trainings successfully completed, participants shall be created into an active associations or cooperatives and provided them supports such as access to avail loans and other financial assistance.

Ideally the program well-guided by the concept,” building up knowledge as instrument to emancipate people from the bondage of poverty. “

C. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIONS

Our province is an agri-economic based; hence agricultural productions must be on top priority with emphasis on the following area of concerns:

1. Established Farm laboratory if possible in every municipalities and cities to provide technical supports for the farmers thru scientific approach like soil analysis,

2. Promote sustainable organic- farming, provides seeds/ planting materials and facilitate to access financial assistance.

3. Provides trainings and seminars to impart and adopt the new farming technology

4. Encourage farmers, private enterprises, investors to engage in large scale agricultural plantations under any agreeable scheme that beneficial to both parties in interest to attain the desirable degree of productions;

5. Assistance to access on much better market and protect farmers from any form of exploitation.

6. Provide more farm- facilities such as farm to market roads, water systems, solar dryers, electricity, etc.

7. The government may acquire model farm plantations and will operate as active economic enterprise.

D. INDUSTRIALIZATION

The government stimulates in boosting agricultural productions thru effective programs and encouraging private sector, private enterprise to participate to meet the highest degree and further; creating, protecting their markets.

E. PROCESSING


Make best offer to domestic, foreign investors by presenting qualitative and quantitative agri-productions that meet their demands, granting incentives to needed of investments.

Processing either in small or large scale initiated by private enterprise or community based, sectoral group deserves support from the government.

F. INFRASFRACTURE FACILITIES

Construction of road networks from urban to rural, waters systems, electric power plants, rail ways among other investment facilities must be consistent and relevant to agricultural industrialization from production towards, processing, marketing, exportation and importation if ever possible.

We will implement infra-projects thru Build-Operate-Transfer-Scheme (BOT), avail financial grants, domestic or foreign loans.
G. BUSINESS-ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE

We recognize the vital role of private enterprise, community organizations (CDA Registered Cooperatives) local, foreign investors activating business atmosphere to spur economic progress thus; the government grants incentives, supports to safe guard and develop their investments.

We further provided technical and financial assistance to peoples-organizations, cooperatives which deemed as people empowered sector government’s partner to fight against poverty.

We create special body of technocrats which composed of experts in difference fields to facilitate in the preparations of feasibility study.

Government shall flex its muscle to uphold the rule of law, establish social-order; implement the laws to the fullest with given respect to fundamental human and property rights.

H. ECO-TOURISM

The province comprising three cities and 14 municipalities have historical values exhibiting tourist potential other viable opportunity to develop our economy.

Thus; we opted to develop all historical and potential tourist spot in the whole province.

Organize Historical Society to evolve verify, document, adopt our legendary account of the generation of Misamisnon.

Promoting the barangay, municipalities and cities of the province by looking back to the past, observe the present and envision the future for the welfare of its people. We orchestrate multi-media to help us in attaining such objectives.


I. ECOLOGICAL- BALANCED

In all phases of development, the right of the people to have an ecological balance and healthful environment must be strictly observed.

Local and foreign investors required to follow environmental laws. Protection the people’s life and property are primacy of governance thus, by using police power of the government this will be the guarantee.

Program for reforestation, cleaning up air and water pollution,
restoration-rehabilitation of mangrove areas, river channels, shall continue, sustain and enhance.


We encouraged every barangay, municipalities and cities to establish mini forest in their respective designated areas and provide available assistance for realization.


J. SOCIAL SERVICES

The government has to succeed in stabilizing financial conditions by implementing the aforementioned total approach program.

We can address all basic services needed when financial resources are available with comprehensive program being formulated as below stated:

3. Hospital Service
4. Housing
5. Food Security
6. Water supply
7. Electricity
8. Public Utilities
9. Economic enterprise renders public service

12. Social Programs for senior citizens, disabled persons,

13. Establishment Rehabilitation for mentally disordered, drug dependents, juvenile delinquents,

14. Emergency and immediate assistance for indigents, paupers, victims of man made and natural calamities.
